Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at business@alvessa.ltd before the period ends.

Returning goods

Return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept opened food supplements or cosmetics unless they are faulty.

Return costs

You pay the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, in which case we cover the return postage.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods, or of proof that you have sent them. We refund the product price plus the standard delivery cost of the original order.

Faulty or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
