Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and to most European countries. If your destination is not covered, your manager will tell you during the confirmation call.

Timescales

• United Kingdom: dispatch in 1–2 working days, delivery in 2–4 working days.
• European Union: delivery in 4–8 working days.
• Rest of world: by arrangement.

Costs

Delivery charges depend on weight and destination and are confirmed before dispatch. Free UK delivery applies to orders above €85.

Tracking

All parcels are sent with tracked services. You will receive the tracking reference by email once your order leaves the warehouse.

Problems with delivery

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, contact business@alvessa.ltd within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs

Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
